I decided to make a little sequel do to how many questions we received on this after we put up the first recording. As far as I can tell the issue in the Bible is actually lighting a real fire on Sabbath.
Exodus 35:3 Ye shall kindle no fire throughout your habitations upon the sabbath day.
Why do so many people who claim to follow Torah ignore this commandment? Are they simply unaware of its existence? Do they not understand it correctly? Some brief comments sheds light on how to understand and follow this commandment.
This time of year can be hard for many believers who have left the pagan holidays behind. Many of us have relatives that are still lost in the secular Christianized pagan holiday scene. It can also be hard for those who have grown up celebrating the secular holidays. Many have fond memories and now feel alone not knowing how to fit into YHVH’s Holy Days instead. The problem may very well be a lack of good fellowship. Hear some thoughts and suggestions on how to deal with this time of year and how we can be a light to others still trapped in darkness.
